Latham Advises on Tata Technologies’ US$365 Million IPO

Firm represents the underwriters on listing of leading global engineering services company.

Latham & Watkins has advised the Book Running Lead Managers, JM Financial Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, and BofA Securities India Limited, on the US$365 million initial public offering (IPO) of Tata Technologies, a leading global engineering services company, on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).

The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 60,850,278 Equity Shares for cash, including up to 46,275,000 Equity Shares by Tata Motors Limited, up to 9,716,853 Equity Shares by Alpha TC Holdings Pte. Ltd, and up to 4,858,425 Equity Shares by Tata Capital Growth Fund I.

The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta, with associates Esha Goel and Isabel Yu.
