Patrick advises sponsors, corporate borrowers, financial institutions, and private credit funds across a broad range of finance transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, unitranche financings, PIK and Holdco financings, and other secured lending transactions.

Experience

Patrick's experience includes advising:

A group of 22 mandated lead arrangers and underwrites on the €8.65 billion USD and Euro senior secured credit facilities and senior secured notes for CD&R’s acquisition of a 50% stake in Opella, the consumer health division of Sanofi
The lead arrangers in connection with the super senior revolving credit facilities to Itelyum Regeneration S.p.A., a European leader in the production of regenerated lubricant bases, to support its issue of €725 million senior secured notes issuance
TA Associates on the NZD financing of its investment in Craigs Investment Partners, a New Zealand wealth management firm
