A cross-border team represents TA Associates in the financing for its partnership with a leading wealth management firm in New Zealand.
Latham & Watkins has advised TA Associates on the financing for its strategic partnership with Craigs Investment Partners, a leading wealth management firm in New Zealand. The agreement sees Craigs’ employee and director shareholders retain 50 percent ownership of the firm, partnering closely with TA to accelerate Craigs’ growth strategy.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Hugh O’Sullivan, with associates Patrick McDonald and Lucas Adomeit. Advice on tax matters was provided by New York partner Bora Bozkurt and London partner Karl Mah, with associates Pastora Little-Morgan and Lina Le Roux; and on US banking matters by New York partner Brianna Oller.
