Dr. Oliver Seiler is a partner in Latham’s global Capital Markets and Corporate practices. He is one of Germany’s highest-ranked capital markets lawyers, representing issuers, private equity sponsors, and underwriters in various equity capital markets and hybrid transactions. In addition, Oliver focuses on strategic corporate, takeover, and securities law advice to listed companies and private equity sponsors, including in relation to take-private transactions.
