Miles Gilhuly is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Gilhuly represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and carve-outs, deSPACs, joint ventures, reorganizations, shareholder activism, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

He advises clients across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, asset management, and energy and infrastructure.

Mr. Gilhuly maintains an active pro bono practice, representing civic organizations and nonprofits in general legal matters.

Prior to joining Latham in 2021, Mr. Gilhuly was a summer associate in the Tokyo office and then an associate in the New York office of another leading international law firm, where he worked on corporate and M&A transactions.
