Hg, together with General Atlantic and other minority investors, has announced the sale of Gen II Fund Services, LLC, a global leader in private capital fund administration, to KKR for a total enterprise value of US$5.1 billion.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Hg in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Alex Kelly and Shanta Chirravuri, with associate Miles Gilhuly.
