Milan Amritraj is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Milan represents motion picture studios, production companies, sports teams and governing bodies, content distributors, financial institutions, investors, high-level individual talent, and other entertainment, sports, and media clients. He advises on complex mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, equity and debt financing transactions, content production, financing and distribution arrangements, and sponsorship agreements.
Milan also has an active pro bono practice, focusing in particular on finalizing adoptions for Los Angeles area foster families.
Milan received his JD from UCLA School of Law. While attending, Milan served as president of the Art Law Society and captain of UCLA Law's Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team. Prior to law school, Milan worked in Business Affairs at a film production company and as an analyst at a global investment bank.
