He draws on experience across a range of industries in France, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences, as well as technology and retail and consumer goods.

A recognized leader at the firm, Michael previously served on Latham’s Associates Committee. He has written on hybrid capital financing for the French journal L’AGEFI.
