Latham Advises Ardian on Sale of Magimix
Latham & Watkins has advised Ardian, a world-leading private investment firm, in its exclusive negotiations, alongside its partner Hameur Group, to carve-out Magimix from the Robot-Coupe and Magimix group, and sell it to Lavafields Group, a Belgian French company with over 50 years’ experience and expertise in household appliances.
The transaction is anticipated to be finalized in the coming weeks.
