Martina Hölzer is an associate in the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Hölzer primarily handles individual and collective employment relations. She advises German and international clients on employment law matters, in particular in the context of restructurings and downsizings, as well as M&A and private equity transactions.

Prior joining Latham, Ms. Hölzer studied law in London and Cologne. She completed her legal training in the litigation and corporate departments of Latham & Watkins in London and Munich, and worked in the finance department of another international law firm.
