Mark Walker is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Mark represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on a range of complex cross-border deals including leveraged, acquisition, syndicated, and general finance transactions.

Mark’s experience includes advising:

  • Domestic & General in relation to the refinancing of its existing senior debt with new senior secured term and revolving loans and senior secured notes
  • Astorg in relation to the acquisition of Corden Pharma, a leading global pharmaceutical CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization)
  • DAZN, a world-leading sports entertainment platform in respect of the acquisition and integration of the DAZN Bet group of companies
  • Pinewood Studios in relation to extending the maturity of its revolving credit facility and the issue of new senior secured notes
  • Verisure, a leading global supplier of security systems and services, in relation to the establishment of over €2 billion in new senior secured term loans as well as a new €700 million revolving credit facility
  • EG Group in relation to the repricing of over US$1.7 billion and €1.6 billion in senior secured term loans, the repayment of its second lien debt, and other liability management exercises
  • Plastic Energy, a world leader in plastic recycling with a unique patented process, in relation to its first major debt financing
  • The lenders to the INEOS Group in relation to multiple financing rounds including in respect of the acquisition of the petrochemicals business of BP
  • The lending banks to Aston Martin in relation to the refinancing of its revolving credit facility
