Latham & Watkins has advised ADB Safegate, a global leader in airside products, solutions, and services and a Carlyle portfolio company, on the refinancing of its existing senior and junior facilities with new facilities including a new multi-jurisdictional syndicated term loan B issuance, revolving facility, and bank guarantee facilities.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Charles Armstrong, with further advice provided by Milan partner Paolo Bernasconi, with Munich counsel Rainer Adlhart and associates Corrie Eames, Mark Walker, Liam Feng, and Isuri De Alwis.
