Marcel Stefan Endrich

Dr. Marcel Stefan Endrich is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office and a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice. 

Marcel advises German and international creditors, investors, companies, management, shareholders, and insolvency administrators in connection with:

• Financial restructurings (in-court and out-of-court)
• Domestic and cross-border financing matters
• Operational corporate restructurings
• Acquisition of distressed companies, restructuring, rescue financing, or refinancing transactions

He studied law at the University of Frankfurt, focusing on corporate and insolvency law. Subsequently, he worked for two years as a research assistant in the banking/restructuring department of an international law firm and obtained his doctorate from the University of Marburg with a thesis relating to corporate law.

During his legal clerkship, Marcel completed parts of his practical legal training at a corporate law firm in the banking/restructuring department and at a tax authority of the Federal State of Hesse.
