Ludwig Richter

Ludwig Richter is an associate in the Düsseldorf office of Latham & Watkins.

Ludwig advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

He completed his legal training in Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach, including a station at Latham's Düsseldorf office. Prior to joining Latham, he worked as a research assistant in both national and international law firms in their corporate departments.

Ludwig studied in Münster, Germany and Oxford, UK, where he attained an MSc in Law and Finance. He spent two years as a research assistant at the University of Münster at the Institute for Corporate and Capital Markets Law.
