    • Sale of a 49% stake in its Delta wind farm portfolio to Pontegadea
  • Opdenergy, an independent renewable energy producer focused on solar photovoltaic and wind energy technologies, on its debut on the First Market of the Spanish Stock Exchange
  • Brookfield Asset Management in the acquisition of Spanish slate producer Cupa from The Carlyle Group
  • TA Associates in the acquisition of the esPublico group, a Spanish group of companies engaged in the development legal and economic content platforms
  • Obrascón Huarte Laín in its restructuring process including the execution of share capital increases*
