Kojo represents startups and entrepreneurs, as well as venture capital and private equity funds in equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and early stage formation, and corporate strategy.
He advises clients on a variety of transactions within a broad range of industries including technology and life sciences.
Kojo maintains an active pro bono practice, advising not-for-profit organizations on general corporate governance as well as commercial arrangements.
