Kevin Matheny is a tax associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Matheny represents public and private companies and private equity funds regarding executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

Mr. Matheny maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting organizations seeking tax-exempt status.

Before joining Latham, Mr. Matheny served on the executive board of Loyola University Chicago’s International Law Review.
