Katie Byun is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
Ms. Byun represents public and private corporations, investment banks, and private equity firms in capital markets, general securities, and corporate matters. Ms. Byun regularly handles a broad array of domestic and cross-border capital markets and other financing transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment grade and high-yield debt offerings.
Ms. Byun also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individuals seeking asylum protections in the United States.
