Elbit Systems Ltd., a leading global defense technology company, has announced the pricing of a public offering of 1,365,450 ordinary shares at a price to the public of US$375 per share, with BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, and Morgan Stanley acting as underwriters.
Latham & Watkins advised the underwriters in the offering with a team led by London partner Joshua Kiernan, New York partner Benjamin Cohen, and Tel Aviv partner Gilad Zohari, with associates Katie Byun, Jamie Savren, and Ana Carolina Andrade.
