Latham & Watkins Advises on Arbor Realty SR’s US$400 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ABR) has announced that its subsidiary, Arbor Realty SR, Inc., has priced an offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 8.50% Senior Notes due 2028.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the initial purchasers in the offering, with a Capital Markets team led by New York partners Marc Jaffe and Erika Weinberg, with associates Sara Johnson and Katie Byun, and assistance from Miranda Bannister. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles partner Ana O’Brien, with associate Joe Marcus; and on litigation matters by New York partner Margaret Graham, with associate Catherine Yao.
