Justin Reinking

Justin Reinking is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Reinking represents clients in a variety of corporate matters, including private equity investments, public and private M&A transactions, and complex financings.

Mr. Reinking maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently advising on estate planning matters for Lone Star Legal Aid clients and research for the work of Texas Appleseed.
