Justin Reinking is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices and currently serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.

Justin advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations and financing transactions, as well as on general corporate matters.
