Justin Reinking is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Mr. Reinking advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations, preferred equity investments, and public and private financing transactions, as well as on general corporate matters.

Mr. Reinking’s experience includes advising:

  • Magellan Midstream Partners in its US$18.8 billion merger with ONEOK, Inc.
  • Intuitive Machines Inc., a leading space exploration, infrastructure, and services company, in its issuance and sale of stock and warrants in exchange for an equity investment
  • Basalt Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of Fatbeam, a leading broadband service provider
  • Mercuria Energy Trading in its sale of Beyond6 to Chevron USA
  • Green Plains Inc. in its take private of Green Plains Partners LP
  • Wafra in its joint venture with Chesswood Group Limited
  • Vital Energy Inc. in its acquisition of assets from Henry Energy and Maple Energy 
  • Vertiv Holdings Co in an underwritten secondary offering
  • The initial purchasers in a private offering by Baytex Energy Corp. of US$800 million of 8.5% senior unsecured notes due 2030
  • The initial purchasers in Matador Resource Company’s private offering of US$500 million of 6.875% senior unsecured notes due 2028
