Julie M. Voorhes

Julie Voorhes is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Voorhes represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate matters. 

Ms. Voorhes received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (USD) where she graduated summa cum laude and served as president of USD's Transactional Law Team.
