Jonathan Wah is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Jonathan focuses on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity.

Jonathan’s representative experience includes advising:

  • Evolution Data Centres, a Singapore-based sustainable data center platform in Southeast Asia, on the investment by Zero Two, a digital infrastructure investment platform headquartered in Abu Dhabi
  • Fullerton Health Pte. Ltd. (Fullerton Health), a leading healthcare solutions provider operating in nine markets across Asia-Pacific, on:
    • Mitsubishi Corporation’s acquisition of a minority stake in Fullerton Health
    • Its merger to create Fullerton Health; the transaction involved an equity injection by RRJ Capital and a senior loan totaling S$390 million
  • Pinnacle Towers on the acquisition of CREI Towers, an independent Philippines towers company
  • Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and its subsidiary, Solar Philippines New Energy Corporation, on their US$600 million strategic partnership with Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, on its 40% stake in the Terra Solar Project. The transaction represents the largest foreign direct investment for a greenfield infrastructure project in the Philippines, and was awarded Market Impact Award at the IJGlobal Investor Awards 2025, Solar Deal of the Year at the IJGlobal ESG Awards 2025, and M&A Deal of the Year at the ALB Philippine Law Awards 2025
  • A consortium of Japanese buyers, including Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Corporation, in connection with their strategic investment in AG&P LNG Marketing Pte. Ltd., I Squared Capital’s platform for investing in companies that develop city gas distribution networks in India 
  • Frasers Property Limited and Frasers Centrepoint Trust in the S$1.3 billion acquisition of PGIM Real Estate AsiaRetail Fund Limited*
  • A long term strategic investor in the S$442.7 million acquisition of a 50% stake in Frasers Tower*
  • CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the scheme of arrangement involving the acquisition of shares in CapitaLand Limited for approximately S$2.4 billion*
