Jon Berger is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Jon advises private equity sponsors in the formation, structuring, marketing, and operation of private investment funds. His experience includes fundraisings, co-investments, secondary transactions, and fund securitizations.

Jon graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an officer of the Jewish Law Students Association and as an editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. He joined Latham after working in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of another leading international law firm.

Prior to his legal career, Jon served as an infantry officer in the United States Army.
