Jan Sowula

Jan Sowula is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins and practices in the firm's Litigation & Trial Department. He advises and represents German and foreign companies as well as individuals in all areas of national and international dispute resolution. He primarily handles complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Sowula gained experience working in an international commercial law firm in the areas of dispute resolution and real estate. Furthermore, he was a frequent lecturer at the University of Hamburg on German contract law.
