Jamie Savren is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. She is also a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Ms. Savren advises both public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other general corporate matters.

Before joining Latham, she clerked for Justice George Karra of the Supreme Court of Israel and was an associate at one of Israel’s leading international law firms in Tel Aviv.

Ms. Savren received the McKinsey Global Women’s Achievement Scholarship for her studies at Columbia Law School. While in law school, she was an intern in the legal department of a New York-based fintech startup.

During her studies at Tel Aviv University, Ms. Savren served as an editor of Theoretical Inquiries in Law and as research assistant to Professors Eyal Benvenisti and Menachem Mautner. She was also a member of the Human Rights Clinic and interned at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office in the Taxation, Fraud, and Financial Crime Division.
