Latham Advises on Meitav’s US$153 Million Global Offering

Latham & Watkins has advised Jefferies as sole global coordinator on Meitav Investment House Ltd.’s global offering to international and Israeli institutional investors of 4,605,642 ordinary shares through a bookbuilding process at a price per share of NIS112.5, raising net proceeds of approximately NIS500 million (approximately US$153 million).
The Latham team was led by London partner Josh Kiernan and Tel Aviv partner Gilad Zohari, with Tel Aviv associate Jamie Savren, New York associates Connor Adams and Kan Ni, and Boston associate Maayan Chinn.
