Jamie Reinah

Jamie Reinah is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Jamie advises public and private companies and private equity firms on complex corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Jamie served as a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery. In addition, Jamie was a corporate associate at another international law firm.

While in law school, Jamie served as an Article & Notes Editor for the Fordham Law Review.
