Mountaingate Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm focused on partnering with founders and entrepreneurs to execute transformative growth strategies in the lower middle-market, has announced that it has exited its investment in Relevate Health, a leading healthcare commercialization platform serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Mountaingate in the transaction with a corporate team led by partners Russell Hedman and Daniel Williams, with associates Jamie Reinah and Annie Spencer, and assistance from Michael Sun. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Alan Kimball, with associate Jack Santoro.
