Ivana Rouse advises clients on the formation and ongoing operation of private funds across a range of investment areas.

Ms. Rouse also regularly advises on pro bono matters, including in connection with Texas Appleseed and the DNA Mixture Review Project.

A sought-after speaker, Ms. Rouse regularly presents on topics related to the investment funds market, including in the crypto space.

Ms. Rouse currently serves on the Women Enriching Business Committee for the firm’s Houston office.

Ms. Rouse serves on the board of directors for Texas Wall Street Women, and is an advisory board member of the Private Equity Chief Financial Officer Association. She is also a member of the Texas Hedge Fund Association.
