Latham & Watkins Advises Great Mountain Partners on US$600 Million Fund Formation

Great Mountain Partners (GMP) announced the closing of Saranac Holdings LP, a US$600M single-investor fund formed to pursue investments across the media and entertainment ecosystem, including music, film and television, sports, gaming, and live entertainment.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Great Mountain Partners in the fund formation and the initial acquisition of investments with an Investment Funds team led by partner Ivana Rouse, with associates Werner van der Westhuizen and Chandler Johnson.
