  • Repsol Renovables, a Repsol entity, on acquiring Asterion Energies, which manages a 7,700 MW portfolio of renewable assets in Spain, Italy, and France, from European infrastructure fund Asterion Industrial
  • Venture Global on US$7.8 billion in financing to develop phase two of the Plaquemines LNG project
  • TA Associates on acquiring esPúblico, a Spanish group that develops and manages legal and economic content platforms
  • Karnov Group on acquiring the legal information businesses of Thomson Reuters in Spain and Wolters Kluwer in Spain and France
