Iryna Onyshchenko is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office.

Ms. Onyshchenko advises public and private companies and represents clients on a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters relating to:

  • Mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
  • Structuring and maintaining benefits and compensation plans and arrangements, including equity and other incentive-based compensation
  • Public company representation, including preparing proxy materials and securities filings related to executive compensation matters
  • Designing and implementing various compensation arrangements for executives and employees

Before joining Latham, Ms. Onyshchenko worked as an associate in the tax practice group of an international law firm's Kyiv office.

Ms. Onyshchenko’s experience includes advising:

  • US public companies on tax implications of granting equity-based awards in Ukraine*
  • Various multinational companies on general taxation matters in connection with their activities in Ukraine*
