Irena Huang is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Irena represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies on strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, take-privates, and leveraged financings.
Irena maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of domestic violence in partnership with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and victims of sex trafficking in partnership with The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Irena received her JD from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Prior to joining Latham, Irena was a summer associate in the Chicago office of another global law firm and a legal intern at Vivid Seats Inc. Before attending law school, Irena worked in entertainment marketing and advertising at Amazon and The Walt Disney Company.
