Hayden Teo is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the Banking Practice.

Mr. Teo represents sponsors, borrowers, and lenders in leveraged finance, and refinancing transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition financing. Mr. Teo is a former law clerk/judicial associate to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia.
