Hana Ladhari is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins. She primarily advises on complex commercial litigation, including in an international context. She also advises clients on securities and regulatory matters before French authorities (including the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR)).

Additionally, she advises clients on data protection and compliance (including GDPR, Sapin II Law, duty of vigilance law, anti-money laundering, whistleblower procedures, CSRD and sanctions and export controls).

Hana’s experience is further enriched by a year-long secondment at a major tech company, where she handled data protection and AdTech-related matters, enhancing her understanding of the tech industry’s legal landscape.
