Frederick Gardner is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins. Frederick's practice focuses on international capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Frederick advises clients on a full range of public and private international securities offerings, as well as ongoing public company representation, M&A, and general corporate matters across multiple sectors.

Frederick previously spent six months on secondment in the global capital markets team at Morgan Stanley.
