Frederick Gardner is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Gardner’s practice focuses on international capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Gardner primarily advises on international capital market transactions, representing issuers, investment banks, and investors in primary and secondary equity capital market transactions and general corporate matters. He regularly counsels listed companies on corporate and securities law matters and corporate governance. 

Mr. Gardner recently spent six months on secondment in the global capital markets team at Morgan Stanley.
