Latham Advises Travel Food Services in US$233 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised as issuer’s international counsel on Travel Food Service’s public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
Travel Food Services is a joint venture between K Hospitality Corp, one of India's leading diversified food service companies, and SSP Group plc, a global leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations.
Latham also advised SSP Group plc on pre-IPO structuring aspects.
The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta and London partner Mark Austin, with London counsel Medha Vinayak Marathe, and associates Bijun Huang, Sirada Chayabunjonglerd, Frederick Gardner, and Kirill Grishin. Advice was also advised on tax matters by Chicago partner Enrique Rene de Vera; and on 40 Act matters by Chicago partner Laura Ferrell.
