Latham Advises on Qualco Group’s IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised UBS, Piraeus Bank, and Euroxx, as joint global coordinators, and the wider underwriting syndicate, on the initial public offering (IPO) of Qualco Group S.A. (Qualco) on the Athens Stock Exchange. Qualco is an international software and technology solutions provider that delivers tech-driven services in a wide range of industries. Qualco specializes in operational platforms, data-driven insights and customized digital experiences, while streamlining the credit lifecycle and modernizing customer experiences with AI-driven and data-powered solutions.
The offering comprised a primary issuance of new shares by Qualco to raise approximately €60 million, and a secondary offering of existing shares by Amely and Wokalon to raise approximately €40 million.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Ryan Benedict, alongside associates Frederick Gardner and Evan Aluyen, with additional assistance provided by Milan capital markets lawyer Irene Pistotnik and New York associate Elina Stavropoulou. Advice was also provided on US tax matters by New York partner Jocelyn Noll.
