Filippo M. Turci

Filippo Turci is an associate in the Milan office of Latham & Watkins. 

Filippo advises corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and investment banks on cross-border corporate finance transactions, particularly high-yield debt issuances and liability management transactions. 

Prior to joining Latham, he was an associate in the high-yield team of a leading English law firm in London and worked in the financial regulatory department of a leading US law firm in Milan. 

Filippo obtained a PhD in securities law, defending a dissertation on direct listings.
