Felix Gasten

Felix Gasten is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Gasten advises clients on corporate transactions, including private equity, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham's London office, Mr. Gasten worked as an associate in the firm’s Düsseldorf office.
