Felix Gasten

Felix Gasten is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Felix advises clients on corporate transactions, including private equity, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham’s New York office, Felix worked as an associate in the firm’s offices in London and Germany. Felix has spent time on secondment at a global payments technology company where he advised on various M&A and corporate matters.
