Faith Edmunds is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Edmunds represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. She also recently completed a secondment to the M&A team at 888 Holdings plc (now Evoke plc).

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Edmunds was as an associate in the corporate department of a multinational law firm based in London and spent time on secondment to Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Edmunds is very active in diversity and inclusion initiatives, being a leader of Latham’s Women Lawyers Group, and was a finalist for the Under-35 Lawyer of the Year Award at the 2021 Inspirational Women in Law Awards.
