Erik Thompson

Erik Thompson is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Thompson represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles in a variety of transactions, including structuring and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. In addition, Mr. Thompson represents and advises a number of leading venture capital and private equity firms.
