Latham Advises Ursa Major Technologies on US$2.3 Billion Merger With Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp.
Ursa Major Technologies, Inc., an aerospace and defense company building hypersonics, solid rocket motors, and space mobility systems, has announced it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III (Nasdaq: BCCQU), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) led and backed by the management team of Inflection Point Asset Management, to be renamed Inflection Point Mach X Bleichroeder (Nasdaq: IPXX). The parties also secured US$350 million in PIPE commitments to support the transaction.
