Eric Yiu is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Mr. Yiu advises on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including various debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, of both public and private companies. He is also experienced in various due diligence, corporate governance, and post-listing compliance matters.

Mr. Yiu is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Chinese Mandarin.
