    Emma Giusto is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

    Emma represents both public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic investments, across diverse industries such as media, entertainment, and professional sports franchises.

    Emma earned her JD cum laude from Duke University School of Law. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Emma was a summer associate in the New York office.

    Emma’s experience includes advising:

    • Endeavor in a variety of transactions, including its:
      • US$13 billion sale to Silver Lake
      • US$3.25 billion sale of Professional Bull Riders, IMG, and On Location to TKO
    • Goldman Sachs Asset Management in its strategic partnership with Excel Sports Management, an industry-leading sports agency
    • Diamond Baseball Holdings, a Silver Lake portfolio company, in the acquisition of several MLB Professional Development League Clubs
    • Authentic Brands Group in its acquisition of Champion
    • Apollo in its US$3.6 billion take-private acquisition of Barnes Group
    • Macquarie Asset Management on the US$40 billion sale of Aligned Data Centers to a consortium of investors
