Latham & Watkins Represents Ares in Connection With Firebird Music’s US$750 Million Catalog Acquisition Platform

Firebird Music, an artist management and indie label company, announced that it has launched a US$750 million catalog acquisition platform in partnership with funds from global investment firms Ares and the Raine Group. As part of the deal, Ares funds also took a minority equity stake in Firebird.
