Elisabeth Ong is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Ms. Ong advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Ong previously spent two years in Latham’s New York office advising investment and commercial banks, private equity firms, and borrowers on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated loans, and cross-border transactions.
