Dylan Shamoon is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Dylan received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. While in law school, he was involved with the Columbia Business Law Review and the Columbia Law and Entrepreneurship Society. Additionally, he worked with startup companies in the Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Dylan was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office.
