Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA), the AI Marketing Cloud, has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Marigold’s enterprise software business, including Marigold Loyalty, Cheetah Digital, Selligent, Sailthru, Liveclicker, and Grow.
